Our events are open to anyone interested and can be taken for personal development, regardless of an educational level or goal.

Registration:


Please register in writing using the registration form or directly via our website. Upon receipt, your registration is legally binding.
The reservation of the participation place takes place with the receipt of the registration. The number of participants is limited.
After registration online or in writing by mail/fax you will receive a confirmation of registration with further information. If the event is already full or cancelled, we will contact you immediately.

The contract between Orania Center and the customer is concluded in the case of online orders (registration form on the website) as follows:
The binding contract between Orania Center and the customer is concluded by accepting the terms and conditions and pressing the button “Proceed to checkout” and “Send order”, regardless of which payment method the customer chooses.

By registering for the 1st block of a training course, you commit to attending the entire course.


Payment:
Payment by direct debit or  bank transfer before the start of the event.
All prices are incl. VAT and are without board and lodging.

Discount:
For seminars we grant a repeat discount of 30% of the seminar fee and a couple discount of 10% for the 2nd person. Only one discount can be claimed.
For the healer training, students, trainees, unemployed (with proof!), pensioners with low income and single parents, married couples and life partners with a common address receive a 10% discount.

Withdrawal from seminars, trainings and other events:
You have the possibility up to two weeks before the event begins to cancel in writing
For weekend seminars and events lasting several days: up to two weeks before the start of training regardless of the reasona handling fee of 35,- EUR; for one-day seminars and family constellations (for constellators) 25,- EUR, for healing evenings 5,- EUR.
The cancellation fee for cancellations within 14 to 7 days before the start of the event is 50% of the total costs.
The cancellation fee does not apply if you find a substitute participant who meets the conditions or if you transfer the fee to another seminar (which must take place in the next 6 months and be organized by us).

From the 7th day before the start of the event, the entire fee will be retained in the event of cancellation, regardless of the cause. (if no substitute participant is provided).
The event fee will be retained in full in the event of no-show without cancellation.
If the event does not take place, all fees will be refunded. There are no further claims.


CONDITIONS for HEALTH and STUDY TRAVEL:

The travel registration is made in writing. The travel contract is concluded with the confirmation by the organizer. After signing the contract, a deposit of 20% of the total tour price must be paid, plus insurance premiums. The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure. The travel documents will be sent to you approx. 14 days before departure.

For your safety, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you cannot start your trip for an important reason or if you start your trip late, you will be reimbursed for the resulting cancellation costs up to the amount of the trip price or the additional outward travel costs incurred.

If the traveler does not use individual travel services due to early return or other compelling reasons, the expenses can not be reimbursed.
If the trip does not take place, the fees will be refunded.

Travel cancellation

The withdrawal must be made in writing. The date of receipt of your notice of withdrawal by the Orania Center is decisive. In the event of your cancellation, the tour operator is entitled to the following lump-sum compensation: 90 to 45 days prior to departure 20%; from 44 to 30 days 50%; from 29 to 10 days 75%; from 9 days or in case of no-show 100%.

The airline tickets are not refundable.

However, the cancellation fee is at least € 50. P., in case of rebooking (possible until 50 days before departure) € 40,- p. p. However, if a replacement participant is found, it remains at € 50, – cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurred.

Workshop cancellation for travel

You have the option to cancel in writing up to four weeks before the start of the trip. Up to four weeks before the start of the trip, a handling fee of 40,- EUR will be charged, regardless of the reason for your cancellation. The cancellation fee for cancellations within 30 to 14 days before the start of the trip is 50% of the total cost. From the 14th day before the start of the trip, the entire workshop fee will be retained in the event of cancellation, regardless of the cause (if no replacement participant is provided).

The event fee will be retained in full in the event of no-show without cancellation. If the event does not take place, all fees will be refunded. There are no further claims.

The traveler is responsible for compliance with all regulations important for the implementation of the trip.


Liability:
Our events are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Each participant is responsible for his own actions and decisions. Participation in the events offered is voluntary. The courses serve the transfer of knowledge and self-awareness in different depths, they are not therapy!
