Cancellation fees for events (seminars, trainings, evenings)
If you have booked the event with us by e-mail, fax or letter, you can cancel your contract declaration within 14 Days revoked in writing (by e-mail, fax or letter) without stating any reasons The period begins with receipt of your registration confirmation in text form.
Please note that in this case the Cancellation fees are to be reimbursed to the Orania Center.
For weekend seminars and multi-day events up to two weeks before the start of the event, regardless of the reason for your cancellation, there will be a Handling fee of 35,- EUR. The cancellation fee for withdrawal within 14 to 7 days before the start of the event:
– for events lasting two or more days is 50% of the total cost;
– for one-day seminars and family constellations (for constellators) 25,- EUR;
– for healing evenings 5,- EUR.
The cancellation fee does not apply if you find a substitute participant who meets the conditions or if you transfer the fee to another seminar (which must take place in the next 6 months and be organized by us). In case of rebooking, the seminar fee must be paid immediately.
From the 7th day before the start of the event, the entire fee will be retained in the event of cancellation, regardless of the cause. (if no substitute participant is provided).
The event fee will be retained in full in the event of no-show without cancellation or early departure.
By registering for the 1st block of a training course, you commit to attending the entire course.

Cancellation fees for travel:
You can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start of the trip.
In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that you declare your withdrawal in writing. In this case, please send the notice of withdrawal (by letter, e-mail or fax) to our address.
The cancellation costs for travel:
Up to 45 days before the start of the trip 20% of the travel price (but at least 50,- Euro)
from the 44th to the 22nd day before the beginning of the trip 30% from the price of the trip
from the 21st to the 15th day before the start of the trip 50% of the price of the trip
from the 14th to the 7th day before the start of the trip 75% of the price of the trip
from the 6th to the 1st day before the start of the trip 90% of the price of the trip
on the day of travel and in case of no-show 100% of the tour price
Airline ticket prices are not refundable.
